The Bulk Bag Filling and packing Stations include adjustable upper frame to accommodate square and rectangular containers. Heavy duty weighing controls are built to withstand the rigors of tough industrial use. Weighing control systems offer a host of process and weighing control functions.
Easy bulk bag placement and removal is accommodated with bag loop holders on the top frame of the station. Inflatable fill heads ensure dust tight filling of the bag even with fine powder materials. The Sterling Systems & Controls Filling Packing Stations for Bulk Bags can also be engineered and made to accommodate drums and totes. They can be customized to include a wide range of options, such as bag accumulators and conveyors, for automatic and manual bag packing applications.
