Increase Profitability with Kitchen Batching System

Sterling Systems & Controls, Inc. designs and manufactures its Kitchen Batching System as an ingredient batching system for the baking, food and other industries that currently perform manual formula and recipe batching.  You can increase profitability with kitchen batching system by eliminating how manual batching by operators produce scrapped batches, lost ingredients and other unprofitable results due to operator errors.  The Kitchen Batching System from Sterling Systems & Controls eliminates these errors and poor results.  The Kitchen Batching System is a semi-automatic, multiple bin batching system that controls and verifies operator involvement and actions, thereby assuring accurate weighments and correct batches. Operator interruptions will no longer be a problem, meaning no more missed ingredients. Profitability with Kitchen Batching System provides for ingredient lot tracking and traceability and also batch validation.  It improves speed and overall efficiency of the ingredient batching process versus your purely manual process.

Included with a Kitchen Batching System are a choice of standard and optional features including:

  • Ingredients can be dry or liquids
  • Stainless steel tables
