Filling and Packing Stations for Bulk Bags

Sterling Systems & Controls, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of its new line of Filling and Packing Stations for Bulk Bags (FIBCs). These Bulk Bag Filling Stations fit a wide range of bag sizes and can be provided to fill and weigh capacities of 100 lbs—4400 lbs.

The Bulk Bag Filling and packing Stations include an adjustable upper frame to accommodate square and rectangular containers. Heavy-duty weighing controls are built to withstand the rigors of tough industrial use. Weighing control systems offer a host of process and weighing control functions.

Bag loop holders on the top frame of the station facilitate bulk bag placement and removal. Inflatable fill heads ensure dust-tight bag filling even with fine powder materials. Sterling Systems & Controls Filling Packing Stations for Bulk Bags can also be engineered and made to accommodate drums and totes. They can be customized to include a wide range of options, such as bag accumulators and conveyors, for automatic and manual bag packing applications.
